Who We Are

About Wisdom Way Foundation

Wisdom Way Foundation was established in 2018 with a vision of creating stronger, more stable communities by helping individuals and families access the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

The Foundation was originally created with a focus on addressing housing needs and supporting disabled veterans. As community needs and opportunities evolved, Wisdom Way Foundation expanded its mission to include youth development, education, mentoring, career readiness, community engagement, and family support.

Today, Wisdom Way Foundation serves communities in both Virginia and Georgia, building partnerships that create pathways to stability, opportunity, and long-term success.

Our work recognizes that thriving communities require more than one solution. Young people need guidance and opportunity. Families need stability and resources. Communities need strong partnerships. Wisdom Way Foundation works to help connect those pieces.

OUR MISSION

Wisdom Way Foundation’s mission is to strengthen individuals, families, and communities by expanding access to education, youth development, housing stability, career and economic opportunities, and community-based resources.
Through strategic partnerships and innovative programming, we help people build the foundation necessary to move from surviving to thriving.

OUR VISION

We envision communities where young people are prepared for successful futures, families have access to stable housing and economic opportunity, and individuals have the resources and support necessary to achieve long-term stability and independence.

Our Story

Wisdom Way Foundation began in 2018 from a shared vision between a father and daughter who wanted to create meaningful opportunities for people who needed support.

The Foundation’s original vision centered on providing housing opportunities for disabled veterans and helping individuals achieve greater stability and independence.

Following the passing of one of its founders in 2019, the Foundation’s work continued to evolve.

That original commitment to service remained.

Over time, Wisdom Way Foundation expanded its focus to include youth development and girls empowerment through UBU 100, while continuing to recognize housing, education, economic opportunity, and strong support systems as essential components of thriving communities.

Today, Wisdom Way Foundation is building upon its original vision and expanding its work across Virginia and Georgia.

What began as a family’s desire to serve has grown into a commitment to creating pathways of opportunity for generations to come.
